It hadn’t been a great few weeks, having to say goodbye to a doggie, Sakura, she was 16 years old and had a good life – but it was sad. It was time for a trip out of the city.
There also been an enormous amount of rain around lately and it was very hot and humid. Perfect conditions for a trip to one of the parks in in the Gold Coast hinterland where there air was cooler from altitude. The perfect option was Springbrook, with it’s wide variety of waterfalls, they should be spectacular.
As you can see from the pictures they were as expected. There was water everywhere, lots of wildlife, beautiful green rainforest and lots of colourful flowers. A great way to clear our heads a little.
