I have just finished watching Jiro Dreams of Sushi; the movie is a documentary about Jiro, owner of the only 3 Michelin star sushi restaurant in the world, what it is about though is obsession.

The movie is loosely about Japanese culture, and has some great scenes of Tsukijo and Ginza. It is impossible not to compare Jiro to Steve Jobs, so much of their endless seeking of simplicity and

I can’t help feeling people that driven must be a nightmare to be around, the movie did not touch on his personal side at all so there is no way to know.

Although this isn’t my personality and I wouldn’t want it to be, it is one of the more inspiring movies I have seen for a while and I would recommend seeing it.

Right now though I need to go and find some Sushi!
