Sydney has a huge Chinese population, so the Chinese NYE celebrations have been enormous for the last couple of weeks.
Masako and I went into the Dragon Boat finals, tense competition!
The boat races ended up being a bit of a non-event, too far away to really see much, so we decided to have a look around the Chinese Gardens.
The gardens are amazing, right in the middle of Darling Harbour yet it feels like you are in Asian country side. Worth a look.
And then finally on the ferry home…
